Throughout each day, with our invited experts, you are encouraged to use our facilities between scheduled activities. Most of our retreat locations come with a hot tub/sauna, pool**, team sports court / games room, WiFi, Living and Master Dining Room and LARGE OUTDOOR PATIOS with PROMENADES, amongst many other things. **Quebec pool is open from May to October inclusive.
Our YIN YOGA group sessions are very popular (bring your own yoga mat if you wish) and guests can experience a full physical body awakening rejuvenations. IN ADDITION, benefit from an introduction to a HOT STONE MASSAGE with meditative influence, great on the body’s muscles and nervous system and suitable weather permitting, your days will also feature a 60-90 minute silent nature stroll through the surrounding landscape. OUR GOAL is to improve an employee’s ability to deal with what we call “information hyperflow” — the massive and constant influx of information that we are faced with daily, which can then clutter one’s mind. Come learn practical and proven techniques during your stay with us. Our Corporate programs offer a range of practical resources that can be applied to an employee’s home and/or work (or hybrid environment) in order to live in a symbiotically peaceful manner, which we refer to as achieving a “Peacefulness Zen State”.
THE PROGRAM LENGTH depends on what you are looking to get from your time with us. The biggest difference in booking our 5 day program is the amount of “one-on-one” time available to you during your stay and the “customization factor”, in addition to the $120 retail value home meditation kit offered to each of our guests.
