What Makes US different?
At our retreats weather you come as part of a corporate or couple’s retreat, the ZENosphere differentiates itself on 3 main fronts:
- 1. We offer BOTH, at different times throughout the day, a PROFESSIONALLY COACHED session as well as a “DIY starter plan” which provides you with all the tools you need to continue on your meditative journey when you return home.
2. The cuisine you will enjoy (three meals a day) is well above your “run of the mill” menu since our kitchen staff has professional culinary experience. You will enjoy a variety of fish, seafoods and of course meats.
Terms and Conditions
Our retreats are, by choice, limited to a MAXIMUM of 20 guests in order to provide each guest with as much personal attention, if needed, as may be required. Our retreats are carefully structured, organized and planned sometimes with special meditative experts from across the continent. ZENosphere requires that all guests partake In all scheduled activities and advise our staff of where they will be, if not with the attending group, at all times, for insurance coverage purposes.
As a result, If you must cancel your reservation for whatever reason, we ask that you do so at least 21 days before your booking date in order to receive a FULL REFUND (minus a 10% administration fee). For the reasons listed above, any cancellation request received with less than 21 days will be issued a credit towards a future reservation.
Please note that cancellations within 7 days start of retreat programs receive no refund and no retreat credit, although your package may be transferred to another person of your choosing with a written letter of permission.
Should your package fail to attract minimum enrolment, ZENOSPHERE retreats reserves the right to cancel the package and fully refund all funds received. ZENOSPHERE is not responsible for travel situations that result in your inability to attend which occur outside of our immediate control.
ZENOSPHERE cannot guarantee that its services will, in part or in full, produce any lifestyle changes for our guests. Techniques demonstrated at our retreats do generally provide a feeling of inner wellbeing and may be effective in reducing stress over the course of time.
What to expect (couple’s and corporate)
ARRIVAL BLOCK
Upon arrival, for CORPORATE retreat guests at 7:30pm on Sunday and for COUPLE’s retreat guests at 6pm on Friday, all guests settle in and must attend the 30 minutes retreat information session and pick-up their retreat “Tips and Guidance” packet. Our meditation GURU will also use the opportunity to discuss the basics of his teachings.
MEALTIME BLOCK
Meals are served at regular times throughout the day and all guests are encouraged, not obligated to attend. It is a great time to get to know more about your fellow meditation retreat guests and discuss what everyone’s learned.
MEDITATION BLOCK
The central focal point of the ZENosphere retreats. In the name of planned consistency, we hold BOTH our “pro-coach sessions” and our “DIY starter plan” at the same time throughout your stay. Details of each are contained in the info packet you receive upon your arrival. You can however count on having access to the following each day of your stay:

ME ALONE TIME BLOCK
Due to the relative relaxed intensity of the meditation sessions, all guests are encouraged to use the extent of our facilities. Most of our retreat locations come with a JACUZZI/SPA, POOL*, GAMES ROOM, BIG SCREENS, WIFI, LIBRAIRY and LARGE OUTDOOR PROMENADES amongst many other things. *not open year round
DEPARTURE BLOCK
Upon departure, guests will be given their very own “swag bag” of highly useful practical items to assist them in continuing the ZENosphere meditative journey once back at home. CORPORATE RETREAT participants leave at 6pm on the following Thursday. Couple’s personal retreat guests leave on Sunday at 6pm, as a general rule.
